Cancellation Policy

Applicable to direct bookings made via our website (e.g., bookfuerte.com). For reservations made through third-party platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com), the terms stipulated there take precedence.

Timeframes & Fees

• Up to and including 60 days before arrival: free cancellation.
• From 59 days before arrival: 100% cancellation fee on the accommodation rate; the cleaning fee is not charged(or, if already paid, it will be refunded accordingly).

Cancellation & No-Show

• Cancellations must reach us by 12:00 (CET) on the respective day (the time of receipt is decisive).
• No-show: In case of non-arrival without timely cancellation, the total amount will be charged.

Rebookings

• Rebookings (e.g., travel dates/number of guests) are possible subject to availability; rate changes and price differences may apply.
• Any payments already made will be credited towards a confirmed rebooking.

Third-Party Bookings

For bookings via platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com), only the respective platform terms apply; these may supplement or replace our policy.
